Stress is typically found in our world today. At work, there are always deadlines to beat. At home, there are financial issues that have to be resolved. Maybe binging every now and then because of stress is O.K however if it becomes a perennial thing, then that may be an issue. You can put on weight until such a point that you are no longer healthy. Your sugar level and cholesterol will shoot up and we all know that it leads to nothing good.

2. Are you experiencing insomnia and finding it incredibly tough to sleep at night? Were you aware that insomnia can be one of the ill complications of stress as well? Our bodies are engineered to rest and so sleep is critical for you to be healthy and to function at tip top condition. When you are an insomniac and you are robbed of sleep too much, you will get sickly, irritable and less efficient at work.

3. Do you find yourself getting always sick and it feels as if your immunological system is failing you? Well guess what, having a weak immunological system is basically one of the sick side-effects of stress. Our white blood cells are there to help us fight illnesses are deployed and so our line of defense against external bodies is diminished, making us an easy target for all kinds of virus.

4. Often, individuals who are stressed get sick not due to a physical problem but because of stress related illnesses. You may be stunned by how strong the brain can be. Hence, if you experience severe headaches, bad stomachs, difficulty in breathing and the like, it may be an outward display of one of the ill side effects of stress.
